The Member Consultant (MC) is a position requiring flexibility and adaptability. MCs perform all branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts and providing all teller services. MCs are responsible for meeting sales and service goals, and contributing to team success in a cooperative work environment.

The hourly salary of this non-exempt part-time position is $16.06 to $22.03 plus an excellent benefits package. This position will remain open until 5:00pm, Thursday, May 9th.
HOURS: Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday 9:15 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; scheduling flexibility is required to meet service needs.

Required – High school graduate or equivalent, or greater. Must be registered, or able to become registered, as a Mortgage Loan Originator by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as required by SAFE Act upon hire and annually thereafter.
Preferred – Credit Union experience and understanding of financial regulations. Sales and customer service training. Two years of experience in a financial institution or in a retail or service related position which must include lending, new accounts, or a combination of both.
Required – Positive attitude; excellent interpersonal communication skills including effective listening, speaking, and writing. Ability to analyze and interpret statements and use open-ended questions to obtain information. Demonstrated analytical decision-making and problem solving skill; excellent attention to detail and follow-through; ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality; ability to present, explain, and refer products and services; comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate or greater proficiency with Microsoft applications; ability to master WSECU computer operating systems.
